WCC students save thousands of dollars each year in tuition costs.
It's a fact: An education costs a lot more than it used to. At many colleges and universities, tuition rates keep rising as much as five percent a year or more.
But Washtenaw Community College is different. Not only is WCC freezing tuition, but it's much more affordable. Our students spend between $7,000 and $19,000 less than their peers at public and private four-year institutions in Michigan.*
WCC also offers easy payment options, such as bi-weekly and monthly payment plans. There are many scholarship and opportunities here, and roughly half of the aid given by the college each year is money our students don't have to pay back.
The value of WCC goes beyond affordable tuition. Our small class sizes, hands-on programs and expert instructors prepare students for whatever is next in their lives, whether that's a job or transferring to a four-year college or university.
