Student Profile: Let's all join Malia's Movement

Malia Ellis fought through the burdens of embarrassment and isolation that a physical disability can crudely place upon a young girl. So the 19-year-old WCC student is on a mission to erase those burdens for future generations.

Fall 2021 High Honors and Honors Students

Two employees, one alumnus win WCC Equity in Action Awards

The Equity in Action Awards are presented annually during WCC's MLK Day Celebration, with one of the criteria for nomination being someone “who exemplifies the values and ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., specifically in the areas of advocacy, leadership and service."

MLK Day Celebration: Building a 'beloved community'
