Washtenaw Community College (WCC) is gearing up for a new academic year starting Monday, August 29, that features its first no-cost textbook associate degree, a brand new Automotive Cybersecurity Lab and frozen tuition for the fifth straight year.

Washtenaw Community College (WCC) will show off its Ford Mustang Mach-E electric vehicle, its automotive cybersecurity workbenches and skills training pathways at Careers of Today & Tomorrow on Thursday, May 12, at the Southern Michigan Center for Science & Industry in Hudson.

Free textbook program has saved WCC students nearly $9 million since 2017

Since Fall 2017 when Washtenaw Community College introduced its zero-cost textbook program, students have saved nearly $9 million thanks to 47 courses being taught with an open educational resource (OER).
