Looking for a way to stand out on your resume, strengthen your transfer application, or gain hands-on experience working with real businesses? Solve It! is an entrepreneurial mindset challenge where students collaborate in teams to tackle authentic business challenges presented by local companies and entrepreneurs. Over the course of one exciting week, you'll work alongside fellow WCC students to develop creative, practical solutions before presenting your ideas to business leaders and judges.

Celebrating Solve It! 2025
Solve It! 2025 brought together 22 WCC students who were placed into six collaborative teams to solve business challenges for local entrepreneurs. Last year's business partners included: Dora's Donuts and Cook's Spice Blend. Students spent the week researching, brainstorming, and presenting innovative solutions while gaining valuable experience working directly with local businesses. Congratulations to all of the participants and winning teams for their creativity, teamwork, and outstanding presentations!
