If your company is planning on expanding and adding new jobs in the state of Michigan, this program can provide the flexible funding to meet an assortment of employee training and development needs specifically designed for your business.
Going Pro Talent Fund
Going Pro Talent Fund (formerly known as Skilled Trades Training Fund):
The Going PRO Talent Fund is designed to assist employers in training, developing
and retaining current and newly hired employees. The Going Pro Talent Fund helps employers
up-skill and re-skill their talent to meet the need for in-demand jobs. WCC’s Workforce
Development and Office of Apprenticeship would like to partner with you to deliver
customized, quality training or serve as your educational provider for a Registered
Apprenticeship Program. Training must lead to a credential for a skill that is transferable
and recognized by industry.
